From: A cyclodextrin-based approach for selective detection of catecholamine hormone mixtures
Amperometric responses of each electrode with the α -, β -, and γ -CDs immobilization, respectively, under various concentrations between 10−2and 101 mM at each solution of L-tyrosine, L-dopa and dopamine. The output current amounts were measured as to have linear relationships under logarithmic concentration ranges. The slope and offset data for each curve are extracted to form a matrix of quantification. The footprint of each electrode was 7.065 mm2.
